Your organization provisions only the modules it needs, such as payments, patients, stock, bookings, and more, without building from scratch.

What is AfricaOS?

Getting Started

1. Access Your Organization

Navigate to os.freshclouds.net and sign in with your organization credentials.

2. Complete Organization Setup

On first login, you'll be guided through:

• Organization details (name, industry, location)
• Primary contact information
• Time zone and currency preferences
• Initial module selection

3. Invite Your Team

Go to Settings → Team to invite colleagues:

• Assign roles (Admin, Manager, Staff, Viewer)
• Set module access permissions
• Configure approval workflows

4. Configure Your Modules

Each installed module has a setup wizard:

• Payments - Connect payment providers, set up pricing
• Patients - Configure patient fields, appointment types
• Stock - Set up warehouses, categories, suppliers
• Bookings - Define resources, availability, pricing
