Organization Setup
Configure your organization's identity, preferences, and defaults.
Basic Information
Go to Settings → Organization → General:

| Organization Name | Legal name of your organization |
| Display Name | Name shown in the interface |
| Industry | Healthcare, Education, Finance, Logistics, etc. |
| Website | Your organization's website |
| Address | Physical address for invoicing |
| Phone | Primary contact number |
| Primary contact email |
Branding
Customize the look for your team:
- Logo - Upload your logo (SVG or PNG, max 2MB)
- Primary Color - Brand color for UI accents
- Favicon - Browser tab icon
- Login Page - Custom background and messaging
Localization
Set defaults for your organization:
- Time Zone - Used for scheduling, reports
- Currency - Default for pricing, invoices
- Date Format - DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY, etc.
- Number Format - Decimal and thousands separators
- Language - Default interface language
Modules
View and manage installed modules:
- Active Modules - Currently available to your team
- Available Modules - Browse and install new modules
- Module Settings - Configure each module's behavior
Security
Configure organization-wide security:
- Password Policy - Minimum length, complexity, rotation
- Session Timeout - Auto-logout after inactivity
- IP Allowlist - Restrict access to known networks (Enterprise)
- Audit Log - View all organization activity (Enterprise)
Data & Privacy
- Data Retention - Configure retention policies
- Export Requests - Handle data subject requests
- Backup Schedule - View backup frequency and status
- Compliance - GDPR, HIPAA, POPIA settings
