Configure your organization profile, branding, localization, modules, and security defaults.
Organization Setup
Configure your organization identity, preferences, and defaults. Changes apply to all team members.
Who can change these settings?
Only Owner and Admin roles can modify organization settings. Go to Settings → Organization.
Basic information

:::tip The display name is what your team sees in the launcher. The legal name appears on invoices and legal documents. :::
Branding
Settings → Organization → Branding
Customize the look for your team:
- Logo - Upload SVG or PNG (max 2MB, recommended 200x200px)
- Primary color - Hex code for UI accents (buttons, links, badges)
- Favicon - Browser tab icon (32x32px)
- Login page - Custom background image and welcome message
Branding applied everywhere
Your logo and primary color appear in: the launcher, email templates, invoice PDFs, and the login page.
Localization
Settings → Organization → Localization
Set organization-wide defaults (users can override in their profile):

Modules
Settings → Modules
- Active modules - Currently available to your team
- Available modules - Browse and install new modules
- Module settings - Configure each module's behavior (see Module configuration)
Go to Available tab → Click Install → Complete setup wizard
Click Settings on an active module → Adjust preferences, fields, workflows
Click ⋯ → Disable - hides from launcher, preserves data
Security defaults
Settings → Organization → Security
Organization-wide security policies (also see Security settings):

Data & privacy defaults
Settings → Organization → Data & Privacy
- Data retention - Default retention period for each module (see Data & privacy)
- Export requests - Auto-approve or require owner approval for data subject requests
- Backup schedule - View frequency (daily incremental, weekly full) and last backup status
- Compliance - Toggle GDPR, HIPAA, POPIA features per module
Quick checklist for new organizations
- Set organization name, display name, and industry
- Upload logo and set primary color
- Configure timezone, currency, and date format
