AfricaOS Documentation

Complete guides for using AfricaOS - the modular SaaS operating system for your organization. Get started, explore modules, manage your team, and understand billing.

AfricaOS Documentation

Welcome to the official user documentation for AfricaOS - the modular SaaS operating system that eliminates duplication in enterprise software by standardizing core business systems into installable modules. Your organization provisions only what it needs.

What is AfricaOS?

Instead of building separate systems for hospitals, schools, banks, and logistics companies, AfricaOS provides a shared platform where modules are installed per-organization. This means:

  • Faster deployment - Pre-built modules ready to configure, not build
  • Lower costs - Shared infrastructure and maintenance across modules
  • Consistent experience - Unified interface across all modules
  • Scalable - Add modules as your organization grows

Who this documentation is for

This guide is for end users and administrators of AfricaOS - people who use the platform daily to run their organizations. If you are a developer looking to contribute to the AfricaOS codebase, see the Knowledgebase for architecture, APIs, and development guides.
